HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To make a purchase through the Nifty Willow online store, simply select the relevant product, including personalisation details if relevant and click ‘Add to Cart’. The cart icon at the top right of the screen will update to display the product selected. You can elect to complete your purchase, by clicking this icon and proceeding to the checkout by clicking ‘Checkout’, or continue shopping to add more items to your cart. Once you proceed to ‘Checkout’, there are simple prompts to guide you through the purchase process. You will be required to enter both your Shipping & Payment information & agree to the Terms & Conditions of our online store. PROCESSING TIME OF ITEMS

Many of our handmade items are made to order and would therefore require processing time before the item is ready to be delivered. The processing time required may vary depending on the nature of the handmade product. 
If you have a specific date in mind for when you want the item, please be mindful of this in order to give us enough time to complete your order in a timely manner.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE?

All transactions placed through the Nifty Willow online store are processed through Shopify Payments, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant service provider. This system ensures fraud protection measures are maintained & cardholder data is secure & encrypted for buyer security.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?

Nifty Willow would gladly add a personalised gift message with your purchase should you wish to do so. You may create your personalised message at checkout. Please include your name in order for receiver to identify you as the giver. This service is free of charge.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

E-GIFT CARDS

  • E-Gift card are not redeemable for cash
  • E-Gift cards are not refundable
  • Lost codes will not be replaced

DOES NIFTY WILLOW SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship purchases internationally. However, we do plan on offering international shipping in the near future. Check out our social spaces for news and updates.
